303 Second is an Energy Star Award Winning Building!
Since 2006, 303 Second has won the ENERGY STAR award. In 2008, we were awarded 3rd place among large office buildings in the BOMA Earth Awards for the second year in a row. We are now looking forward getting LEED-EB certified as well. Our Eco program involves more than just base building activities it also involves every tenant in the building to get involved.

303 Second is Committed to Recycling
To maximize the amount of recyclable refuse at 303 Second, we have implemented a Commingled Recycle program which allows us to maximize the amount of waste to be recycled. Confused about what goes in each bin?? Click here to download information and posters with detailed instructions.
Click here for information on our electronic recycling. In 2007, 303 Second Street recycled 9147 lbs of e-waste and 5770 lbs of recycle monitors (14,917 lb. total)!

Eco Awareness Fair
In April of 2009, 303 Second Street along with 11 local vendors, participated in the First Eco Awareness Fair. This fair gave our tenants an opportunity to learn more about how they can help protect the environment.
