David Starkey

David Starkey has been in the property management industry for over 20 years. David has managed such class A properties as the Post Montgomery Center and Levis Plaza. He has worked his way up in buildings most of his life; he started in high school and worked his way through college.
Raised here in the Bay Area, David watched the development 303 Second Street. “It’s with great pleasure and an honor to now be able to manage one of the best developments in San Francisco. I look forward to working with such a professional staff and wonderful tenants.”
During the weekends David enjoys sporting activities with his two young boys and playing Rugby.

Monique Scott

Monique's property management experience includes industrial R&D, retail, and office high rise. She helped support operations at the historical Adam Grant Building, JP Morgan, AMB, Principal Real Estate Investors and the Archon Group portfolios.

 Monique remains actively involved with many local associations, supporting members in real estate and the community. Affiliations include: BOMA, Hand on the Bay Area and San Francisco Real Estate Exchange. After completing the Neighborhood Emergency Response Training, Monique states, ", When we support our community we also support the industry."

 On her days off, Monique joins friends and family in the many Bay Area outdoor activities. She loves traveling and experiencing San Francisco's artistic and cultural diversity.

Liberty Ocampo

Liberty has been in the property management industry for 2 yrs and joined Cushman and Wakefield in June 2007.  She has experience in R&D Industrial, Retail and Office Buildings. She is new to high rise buildings which is great experience for her.

She served as vice-president of a non-profit organization for two years which involved fund raising for schools and community where she was born and raised in the Philippines. In her leisure time, she enjoys ballroom and hip-hop dancing and karaoke singing and she is very involved with family events. She also loves to travel, fast cars and motorcycles.

Adil Fartas
Security Supervisor 415-777-3821
Adil joined the security team at 303 Second Street in November, 2007 and comes to us with nearly 7 years experience in the security industry. Adil oversees all aspects of the building’s security including a staff of nine Security Officers; he is also a certified Fire Safety Director.
Adil can speak, read and write in 3 different languages including French and Arabic.
He enjoys playing and watch soccer.

George Morris
Chief Engineer 415-777-5548
George Morris is the Chief Engineer of the building and is responsible for all aspects of the engineering for the building. George joined the engineering staff in 1988 when the construction of the building was completed. In 1999, he assumed the role of Chief and supervises a 5-man crew of engineers. George’s experience and knowledge of the building’s mechanical systems is a valuable asset to the project.
